REDEEM stands ready to provide information and work with businesses to assist them in their planning and endeavors. This would include other organizations such as the Quad Cities Chamber; Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO); Quad City Regional Economic Development Authority; SCORE; City of East Moline; Bi-State Regional Commission and others. These and other organizations can assist businesses small and large.

Revolving loans, industrial bonds, tax increment financing, tax credits, Enterprise Zone components such as tax credits and property tax abatement, workforce development assistance and other possibilities are all tools that we use in retaining and expanding existing businesses and locating new businesses.
